Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States, including P.O. boxes.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link.
Shipping rates and delivery times
Shipping is free on every order within the United States. Your estimated delivery time is shown at checkout. Delivery estimates come from the carrier and aren’t guaranteed.
Lost, late or damaged packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you can’t find it, please check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us within 7 days. If your order arrives damaged, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement or refund.
Address changes
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can update the address as long as the order hasn’t shipped.
