This policy explains what personal information InVivoTec USA (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit https://shop.invivotecusa.com/ or buy from us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- When you place an order: your name, email address, billing and shipping address, phone number (if you give it) and what you bought.
- Payment details: handled by our payment providers, not stored by us. We never see or keep your full card number.
- If you create an account: your name, email address, password and order history.
- If you write a review: your name, email address (not shown publicly), rating and review. Only verified buyers can leave reviews.
- Automatically: your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, through server logs and the cookies the store needs to run.
How we use it
- To process, ship and support your orders, including order and shipping emails.
- To answer your questions and handle returns.
- To prevent fraud and keep the store secure.
- To meet our legal obligations, such as tax and accounting records.
- To send marketing emails, but only if you sign up for them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
We do not sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we share it with
- Payment providers: WooPayments, provided by Automattic and powered by Stripe, and PayPal if you choose to pay with PayPal. They receive your payment details, billing address and order information to process your payment and prevent fraud. - Shipping carriers: your name, shipping address and phone number, so they can deliver your order.
- Service providers: companies that host and run our store, such as our web host, under agreements that protect your information.
- When the law requires it, or to protect our rights and our customers.
Cookies
We use cookies the store needs to work, for example to remember your cart and keep you signed in. Our payment providers may set cookies to prevent fraud. We don’t use advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser, but the cart and checkout may not work without them.
How long we keep it
We keep order information for as long as we need it for your order and for accounting, tax and legal purposes. We keep account information until you ask us to delete your account.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Depending on the state you live in, such as California, Virginia or Colorado, you may have additional rights under state privacy law. To make a request, email us at invivotecusa@gmail.com. We’ll confirm your request and reply within the time the law requires, and we won’t treat you differently for using these rights.
Children
Our store is for adults. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Security
Our site is encrypted with SSL, and payments are processed by PCI-compliant providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
