We want you to be happy with your order. Because Healthear is a dietary supplement, we handle returns with food safety in mind.
Unopened products
You can return unopened bottles, with the safety seal intact, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
Opened products
For health and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns of opened bottles.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping. You won’t need to send anything back.
How to start a return
Email us at invivotecusa@gmail.com with your order number and the items you’d like to return. We’ll reply with return instructions. Please don’t send items back without contacting us first.
Return shipping
Unless the return is because of our mistake or a damaged item, return shipping is paid by you. We recommend a tracked service.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we’ll email you and refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show the refund.
